Multi award winning extra virgin olive oil.The flavours in the mouth are similar to those in the aromas with bitter herbs of all kinds; watercress, tobacco leaves and dark black tea. Strong peppery tones develop along with the bitterness but do not overwhelm the herbaceous fruit which remains throughout the long peppery after taste, softening a little with some attractive tomato tones at the end.
