A Cabernet Franc Pet Nat? Really? Yes, and it's perhaps one of the most unique (and tastiest) Pet Nats on the market. A blend of Cab Franc, Gamay, Côt, and Meunier. On the palate, this wine is the antidote to the typical sweet-tinged single-fermentation sparklers. It is very dry, with an almost saline finish, savoury notes and incredible finesse.
