Oliveology - Organic Roasted Peppers

Florina peppers are famous for their rich and sweet flavour. These are organic and roasted over an open flame, and they contain no skins or seeds. They are excellent stuffed with rice, shrimps, mince meat and, of course, feta cheese! Finely chop them and add to sauces, salads, pasta, or risotto for a boost of flavour, or blend them with some extra virgin olive oil to make a delicious dip.
