Celler Credo make wonderfully pure wines from Xarel-lo from biodynamically farmed vines on limestone-rich soils. This wine is initially restrained but uncoils itself to reveal the classic Xarel-lo shell-like crunch augmented by some ginger spice from the lees contact.
