La Tua Pasta Tortelloni Burrata & Black Truffle (250g)

Artisan Tortelloni are hand folded one by one to incorporate more filling. The pasta has a very high Free Range egg percentage (30%) and use a special blend of 00 and Durum Wheat flour so that the pasta holds the cooking very well. This filling is made with a combination of Burrata cheese and truffle. We use creamy Italian Burrata Cheese. Then add tasty Summer Black Truffles from the Umbria region in Italy. Try them with some Mushrooms or just with olive oil and Parmesan Cheese, a triumph! Suitable for freezing 250g
