Gimlet Bar Elderflower Cordial

Made by macerating flowers for a number of days, turning often, this cordial carries the simple but powerful essence of elderflower, made doubly-so by the acidification of this cordial with our own elderflower vinegar. The vinegar is made directly from elderflowers (as opposed to infusing flowers in wine vinegar).
