The most southerly vineyard of the Rhone Valley, the Saint Cyrgues estate is located in the middle of the long terrace of the Costières, from Vauvert to Saint-Gilles. This wine is matured at ambient temperature, with 1/3 of spending 10 days on the skins. It is unfined, unfiltered and utterly delicious!
